How consent is recorded
- The verified salon account owner signs in to the private Azlytix owner Brief.
- She self-attests that she controls the destination, enters the same number twice, actively checks the unchecked consent box, and presses the opt-in button.
- Azlytix stores an append-only record containing the owner identity, number, disclosure version, method, and timestamp.
- After consent is recorded, Azlytix sends the one-time enrollment confirmation shown below only when its separate enrollment confirmation control is enabled; otherwise it records that the confirmation was skipped and sends no text. Recurring Morning Brief delivery remains a separate operator control.
- The owner can revoke Azlytix authorization in the product. Replying STOP separately blocks delivery at the SMS provider.
One-time enrollment confirmation
Azlytix: Morning Brief enrollment confirmed. One-time confirmation, then up to 6 msgs/week. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
